Since I was 4, I consistently answered one question the same. What did I want to be when I grew up? A teacher. And for 5 years, teaching was my reality. However, the demands and inflexibility of teaching limited my opportunity to invest in my family the way I wanted to. When I discovered freelance writing, things just clicked. I had the opportunity to shape my business into what I wanted it to be and support clients who are making a difference in the world. I still consider myself an educator, but now I have the chance to teach an audience bigger than I had ever imagined. |
